Terms of Use
Effective August 10, 2026 · Last updated September 14, 2026 · Version 2026-09-14-v1
Agreement
By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Educational service only
CredCompass Nord provides educational information and organizational software. It is not a credit-repair organization, law firm, financial adviser, credit counselor, consumer reporting agency, lender, credit bureau, or debt collector and does not provide legal, tax, lending, or financial advice. No attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created.
CredCompass Nord is self-service software. It provides general educational content, tools for organizing information from credit reports you upload, templates you complete yourself, and reminders you set. The service extracts and organizes information from reports you upload, highlights items for your review, and provides drafting tools. It does not independently determine that any item is inaccurate, legally defective, or appropriate to dispute.
You select, edit, approve, print or copy, and send your own correspondence. CredCompass Nord does not prepare or send correspondence on your behalf and does not communicate with any credit bureau, creditor, or debt collector.
You may dispute information directly with credit bureaus and creditors yourself, at no cost, without using this service.
Your subscription fee pays for access to the software during the subscription period. It is not a fee for any service relating to your credit report, and no fee depends on any result.
No guarantees
The service does not guarantee score changes, deletion of accurate information, approval for credit, particular lending terms, or any outcome from correspondence. Credit models, furnishers, bureaus, lenders, and laws may differ.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying extracted information, statements, recipients, addresses, dates, attachments, and deadlines. You must review and approve every letter before sending it and may not use the service to make false statements or submit information for another person without authorization.
Any correspondence you create using the service is your own. You decide whether to create it, what it says, whom to send it to, and when.
Subscription and billing
The service is offered on a 14-day full-access free trial. You provide a payment method at signup, and the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the 14th day unless you cancel before then.
Plans are $14.95 per month or $119.00 per year, plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you by email before any price change, and the new price applies at your next renewal.
You may cancel at any time in Profile & Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
If a payment made through our website fails, your access continues for 10 days while we retry. If payment is not received within that period, your subscription is suspended.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded under those stores' terms. Deleting your CredCompass Nord account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Profile & Settings provides access to the applicable subscription-management option.
Account security
Keep account credentials secure and notify the company through its published support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, evade security controls, access another user's information, scrape the service, interfere with operation, impersonate another person, or use generated materials for deceptive, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
Uploaded content
You retain responsibility for content you upload. You grant the service providers permission to process it solely as needed to operate requested features. Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
Automated outputs
Automated extraction and educational outputs may contain errors. They are starting points for your review, not verified facts or professional advice.
Some features, including document extraction, educational explanations, and summaries of documents you upload, are produced by automated systems, including artificial intelligence. You are interacting with software, not a person. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are not advice. Verify them against your own documents before relying on them.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and request deletion through Profile & Settings. Access may be suspended for security, misuse, or legal reasons. Certain records may be retained as required by law or legitimate security obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any result of correspondence you send. The company's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You will defend and indemnify the company against claims arising from correspondence you create or send, statements you make to any third party, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute between the parties shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through informal negotiation for 30 days after written notice of the dispute. Any dispute not resolved in that period will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Forney, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek public injunctive relief in court where the law so requires. You and the company waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
