Use this page if you cannot access the CredCompass Nord app. If you can sign in, you may also request deletion from Profile & Settings → Data.

What the request covers

Your CredCompass Nord account and associated app data, including profile, reports, extracted records, plans, letters, disputes, uploaded documents, and support records, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting this form does not automatically cancel an Apple, Google Play, or Stripe subscription. We will provide the correct cancellation instructions during verification.

We use the submitted email only to locate and verify the request. We do not confirm on this page whether an account exists. Review the Privacy Policy for retention and service-provider information.
